I'm so excited - our hydrangeas are blooming! They are so beautiful this year. :) I love blue and purple flowers.
I have to tell you a story about our cat. This is Ella. She is just over a year old and she has such a funny personality. So sweet, but then she can drive us totally crazy. She wakes us up around 5:00 a.m. most days and even the vet has commented on her personality.
My husband bought new shoe laces on Sunday and put them in his shoes on Monday. After dinner on Monday, I walked by the front door where his shoes were and I asked him what happened to the new laces. He had no idea what I was talking about...so he came to look. All we can figure out is that Ella thought they smelled good or different or something and totally destroyed them. You can see in the photo below that she shredded them. They look like tassels. :)
I really enjoyed the 7x7 remix challenge last week and I like the idea of doing some more fashion challenges to do a better job of wearing all my clothes and remixing my closet. I like skirts and dresses and have quite a few, but I haven't been wearing them as often lately. I mentioned to this my husband, and he suggested that I try wearing only skirts and dresses for a solid week. I thought it was a great idea, so the plan is next Wednesday, I will share 7 different ways to wear skirts and dresses. :) Do you feel like you wear skirts or pants more often? Any interest in linking up a week of skirts and dresses?
