I mentioned the acoustic (non-bread machine) recipe for WHO Bread in my 2008 favorite recipe round-up. I was so excited to receive this Sunbeam Bread Machine for Valentine's Day from my parents! I've already made three loaves of bread in it and I love it! (This is probably not a good thing for my goal to maintain my weight this year...but I did give one of the loaves to a friend!) Today's recipe was the bread machine version of WHO Bread. It turned out great! Since I have this awesome new breadmaker, what recipes should I try? Are there any must-have bread machine books?
