Spring Color Challenge Day 2: African Violet

Here's day 2 of the Spring Color Challenge! Purple is one of my favorite colors to wear, but I found that I don't have many items in this softer, cooler toned lilac. I would love to get a t-shirt or cardigan in this shade. I think I would wear it often and it would work well with other items in my wardrobe.

This is not a great photo, but that is what happens when I wait until after 10:00 to take an outfit pic. :) My eyes have been bothering me (allergies), so I'm wearing my glasses, too.

Shirt: JCPenney, Scarf: Gift from mother in law (old), Ankle pants: Target, Peep toe wedges: Payless
I also pulled out a cute pair of chandelier earrings that I haven't worn in awhile to wear with this outfit.

I wore this to church on Sunday. The blouse has shades of purple including the lighter lilac shade.
Grey pants: Penney's, Blouse: WalMart (old - cost $3), Scarf: Mark, Hoops: Avon, Wedges: Payless (finally found a pair of these in my size for $9!)

I also got a pretty new lilac bangle bracelet that I am looking forward to wearing!

Such pretty outfits! I have a tee in African violet and it is great. Don't stress about taking pictures late--we've all been there! Also, your second top with the darker purples is gorgeous! Thanks for linking up again!
