Well, I survived my Lent shopping hiatus, and it was actually a really good thing for me. :)

I did order a few things today online at Elder-Beerman. They had some great sales, plus free shipping, no minimum and 30% off with two codes that I was able to stack together. I don't know if the items will fit, but for the price, I wanted to give them a try. They were all items off my wish list, so that was a bonus.

My husband bought me the Merona floral scarf pictured above and gave it to me for Easter and my mom and dad bought me a few things including the two bracelets shown above (found here and here).

I bought the following items today:

Striped shirt - regular $34 on sale for $4.99 minus 30% = $3.49
Floral blouse - regular $48 on sale for $9.99 minus 30% = $6.99
Tan cardigan - regular $54 on sale for $9.99 minus 30% = $6.99

March total with tax: $18.60

I had a floral blouse, tan cardigan, floral scarf, spring colored tops, and colorful bracelets on my wish list, so if these things work, I can cross some things off. I also am in the process of refashioning a pair of boot cut jeans into a boyfriend style, so if those work out, that will be another item from my list!

Goals for April: Continue to shop less and not get sucked in by too many daily deals online! I want to stick to my wish list and I am excited to get back to thrifting this month. I'm hoping to find a few good pieces at Goodwill. I also am going to need a new pair of running shoes in the next month.
