I started keeping track of my running and walking distances last year when our church participated in an activity where we were trying to cumulatively walk the mileage from our town to Bethlehem in time for Christmas.
I enjoyed seeing my monthly totals and wanted to keep track again this year. My husband also needs to keep track of exercise this year for something work-related, so I put together a simple exercise log.
I will continue with a weekly goal of exercise 5 times a week and I try for at least 40 miles a month.
