First February Finish

A couple of weeks ago, I was reading a quilting blog that was making a quilt to give to a family member with a cancer diagnosis. I decided to make a (super simple) quilt for a member of our church facing some serious medical issues. I don't make quilts very often, but overall this one came together pretty well...and was finished a day before the surgery. I used this tutorial/pattern from Craft Hope but did not add the strap.

I used fabrics from our stash to create this quilt - I even had enough batting!

How sweet of you to do that! Beautiful quilt and it is always fun when you already have all the fabric/batting! Thanks for linking up to Linky Party Tuesday!

I love the blues and browns you selected for this quilt. A lovely gift to show a little kindness to someone who needed some support.
