Can it really already be October 19? October is going by so quickly! Today's 31 minutes was spent running on the treadmill up at our church. Our weather is super chilly and rainy, so I knew I wouldn't get out to run today. Since we didn't have any evening commitments, my family came with me and hung out while I ran. We got some ice cream on the way home. :)
